Fresh Sushi began in 2015, after intensive training in the UK with experienced sushi chefs.

From day one we used only biodegradable and compostable packaging, with a view to sustainable practices going forward, as much as possible.

It all started with supplying lunch boxes to Noa Bakehouse and making small private orders. Then people began to request larger party and office lunch deliveries, which became more and more popular…

[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”2.7rem” alter_height=”none” hide_on_mobile=””][/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”2020″ tab_id=”1497609310645-d8a5ecc6-22e6″][vc_column_text]

During the Covid pandemic Fresh Sushi offered free delivery island-wide, then area group delivery sessions, to make sure that everyone had delicious weekend treats to look forward to over the lockdowns. It was an amazing way to discover new areas of our beautiful island, and customer loyalty grew as the business radius extended to its far corners.

Now sushi-making classes have become really popular.

After extensive recipe-testing, homemade gluten-free versions are available of all the gluten-containing menu items. Please ask for details.

Monthly deliveries to Ramsey Health Store have begun after summer trials, and new ideas are in the pipeline!
